All bookings must be confirmed in writing (fax or email on the signature) and accompanied by payment of a deposit of 25% with a minimum of one night per room booked.
Length (as the number of people) must be maintained and, if shortened stay, the price will have no refund.
The balance of the price, and the benefits must be paid the day of the agreed departure.
The host table is permitted only with prior reservation.
Animals may be allowed upon prior request and commitment to ensure any potential disorder.
The customer must take personal responsibility to purchase an insurance policy covering cancellation, bearing in mind that these guarantees are generally included in the contract carrier credit card.
Before the trip, and for any cancellations made within at least 72 hours prior to arrival, the deposit will be retained.
Before the start of the stay if the cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before arrival, the full cost of the stay will be due as compensation for the damage arising from the immobilization of the room.
For organizational reasons, the rooms are available from 3 PM and must be vacated before 12 AM.
Naturally, these schedules can be adjusted on request and subject to sufficient time to prepare rooms the best possible.
Common areas can be used for any pending before the provision of rooms or after their release, to allow to enjoy the stay.
